Dr. Margaret Webb is the General manager of EVE and is a registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. Since graduating, she has worked exclusively in rehabilitation, initially with the National Rehabilitation Board and then with Rehab, as a Psychologist. In 1991, she jointed EVE as a Senior Psychologist and became General Manager in 1997. Her research interests have focused latterly on the area of "Quality of Life Assessment" in mental health, with the publication of her PhD Thesis in this area in 1999.
Dr. Tom O'Brien works as Principal Psychologist with EVE, is Team Leader of Slánú, the support and development department and a member of EVE’s Management Team. He has formerly worked in a variety of capacities in the Irish Social Firms Initiative and the Rehab Group including Rehabilitation Psychologist and Head of the Assessment Unit in Roslyn Park College. He has trained as a Family and Systemic therapist and completed his PhD on the development of the Recovery Context Inventory (RCI), a mental health recovery profiling tool. Tom is an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the School of Psychology in U.C.D. and teaches on mental health recovery and recovery-oriented practice.
Jackie Ryan joined EVE in February 2001 as Finance Manager. Before joining EVE, she worked in private industry. Jackie is responsible for the Finance and Administration function with EVE. Jackie is also a Regional Manager with EVE covering both the HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster and Dublin North East regions. She has a degree in Business Studies and is CIMA registered.
Fiona Osborne is HR Manager for EVE.
Carmel joined EVE in 1997 as a locum. She worked in various Centres covering many areas, e.g. woodwork, horticulture etc. The locum panel offered her the opportunity to gain extensive ‘on the ground experience’ in a range of programmes. Carmel was the Catering Instructor in Goirtín from January 1999 until October 2000, when she moved to the position of Curriculum Development Co-ordinator. Carmel moved to the position of Area Manager, Special Projects in April 2002 and became the Regional Quality Assurance manager in September 2005. She is the Head of the Quality Assurance Department and works along side a Quality Assurance Co-ordinator. As part of her role, Carmel heads up the HUB Forum and the EVE Working Group on Person-Centred Planning. Carmel completed her masters in Adult Education and Training in 2007.
Áine Goodwin is the Regional Manager for EVE. Áine joined EVE in July 2022 and oversees the operational activities of our 20 EVE services. Áine completed a degree in Social Care in 1993 and has worked within the voluntary sector since then, primarily in disability services, working in a frontline and management capacity. She joined the HSE in January 2020 and was redeployed to Community Testing in April 2020 and worked as part of the Covid Response in DSKWW before joining the team in EVE. She is passionate about supporting service improvement with a keen focus on promoting service user engagement in this process. Áine also has a passion for supporting services to network within the community sector to both promote services as well as provide opportunities for individuals who use services. Áine has completed further training in Adult & Community Education & Community Development & Leadership.
