January 2023 in Phoenix Clubhouse

Phoenix Clubhouse have hit the ground running this year and are delighted to celebrate the following achievements:

Started a Wellness Recovery Action Plan course in partnership with our local mental health team.
Running a Stress Control Management Programme in the Clubhouse.
Secured a work placement in a local office.
Have started a new 30 days 30 minutes exercise challenge inspired by the Marie Keating foundation Your Health, Your Choice campaign
Two students from TU Dublin have started their 400 hour work placements with us.
Volunteered in the local community in a tree planting initiative
Held a promotional in a local shopping centre.
