The service users at Cairdeas Clubhouse have been up to a variety of activities!
On Tuesday 13th February they celebrated Pancake Tuesday. Joanne and the members made Pancakes using a range of Toppings such as fresh fruits, Jam and Lemon Juice, everyone enjoyed them.
They also have the Tia Chi available again, which will resume from Tuesday 13th till 26th March. It will be held in ”The Little Flower Hall” Bray and will start at 10am. If you are interested please feel free to contact them on 01 2827951 / 01 2827952 or email them at cairdeasclubhouseeve@hse.ie.
A member of Cairdeas Clubhouse, John D has kindly offered to do a talk on the benefits of herbal tea. They had a number of different teas available and everyone was able to sample each one. John has done lots and lots of hard work researching the benefits of each tea and he went through this with the members. This session was a part of the Healthy Ireland module.
